Because I’m QSL Manager for 161OD/PPF (Polish Provinces Festival) by OD Polish Team and Award Manager I’m decide to make brand new special award for this activations valid for all operators who had confirmed QSO with minimum 12 from 16 polish provinces. The award will be for free

This moment is active only couple provinces but soon will be active more.
